Living a Life of Faith, Purpose, and Intentional Leadership

As Ministry and Marketplace Director at Uncommon Ministry and Team Chaplain for the Minnesota Vikings, Tanner Morgan helps men, athletes, and leaders discover their calling beyond their credentials.

Your title is a temporary platform; your character is your lasting legacy. Tanner helps leaders anchor who they are in Christ long before stepping onto any field or into any boardroom.

Identity Over Position

Faith isn’t a Sunday routine, it’s an everyday discipline. Through targeted mentorship, Tanner challenges men to pursue deep spiritual maturity, daily conviction, and authentic accountability.

Relentless Discipleship

True impact happens when you step out of line with the status quo. Tanner equips leaders to transform their families, teams, and workplaces through active, Christ-like service.

FOUNDATION & PURPOSE

True leadership isn't measured by a scoreboard, but by the character forged in the valleys and victories of life. As a record-breaking quarterback, Tanner Morgan learned that elite performance matters, but true identity is anchored in Christ alone. Today, he uses his platform to share the ultimate playbook for resilience, everyday faithfulness, and biblical leadership; equipping athletes, corporate groups, and ministries to lead with unwavering conviction and eternal purpose.
